Quantity Surveyor/Estimator
Experienced QS/Estimator with fast track retail experience preferred. Capable of managing all financial aspects of contract from taking Client brief, measuring and costing works, carrying out sub contractor negotiation, establishing valuations and variations to project Final Valuation. Duties would also include preperation of competitive tenders.
Contract Manager
The candiditate will have a track record in construction management, good administrative skills and a proven ability to manage labour and sub contractors. Knowledge of CDM regulations and Health and Safety is essential. They need to be flexible, prepared to work on their own inititive, decicive with good negotating skills, numerate and able to work in a fast moving environment. Driving licence and computer skills essential.
Site Manager
On Site experience including Health and Safety, CDM and Man Management knowledge essential - Will be required to work all over the UK and have a flexible attitude, in a fast working environment. Driving license essential and shopfitting experience an advantage.
